Mag. Markus Gruber
Markus Gruber is an innovation and transformation process specialist. As an expert in service design thinking and a qualified systemic business coach (with training from the Freie Universität Berlin), he supports organisations in overcoming complex challenges and achieving their goals in change processes. He has worked in communications and strategy consulting for a decade, and advises prominent clients from both the public and private sectors. Since 2016, he has been a Partner at PANTARHEI ADVISORS.
The clients Markus Gruber has consulted include the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (numerous projects for the Chamber as well as related professional associations and organisations), the European Parliament, Microsoft Austria, Hutchison Drei Austria (merger with Orange Austria), the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG), the Austria Wirtschaftsservice business funding body (aws), nic.at, the CERT.at IT security organisation the Austrian Government Computer Emergency Response Team (GovCERT Austria), the Austrian National Tourist Board, and A1 Telekom (inter-company merger).
He is a member of the international Service Design Network, provides coaching for individual and team development processes, is an experienced workshop moderator and qualified process and project manager.
He studied international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, with placements in Canada and Vietnam.
He is married, lives in Lower Austria, and works in Vienna.
